Got my marble, looks great!

Needed some Statuario marble for a bar top I was building. Found Stone Boutique online, and their selection looked pretty good. The slabs arrived safely, took 5 days to reach Denver, and they were exactly what I was hoping for. The pictures on the site were accurate. It was a pretty chill experience, no drama or anything. Definitely happy with how it all turned out.

Consistent quality, returning customer

This is my third order from Stone Boutique, this time for some Carrara marble tiles for a client's backsplash. As always, the quality was top-notch, consistent with my previous purchases of quartzite and granite. I've found their bookmatched stone slabs to be particularly impressive in the past. This order shipped out quickly, and the tiles arrived in perfect condition. It's why I keep coming back; I know I can rely on them for high-grade materials every time.

Absolutely gorgeous Taj Mahal Quartzite!

I am so incredibly happy with the Taj Mahal Quartzite slabs I got for my kitchen island! They are absolutely stunning. The veining is just perfect, and the polished finish is so luxurious. The team at Stone Boutique was super helpful, guiding me through the selection process. It took 7 days to reach Sacramento, but it was worth the wait. I'm already planning my next project and will definitely be back. My designer friends are going to love this place!

Calacatta marble for bathroom

I recently purchased Calacatta marble tiles for a bathroom remodel. The quality of the marble itself is excellent, very rich veining and a beautiful finish. Shipping was prompt, and the packaging was secure, no damaged tiles. My only minor critique is that getting a definitive quote for a smaller project felt a bit less streamlined than I'd hoped, requiring a few back-and-forth emails. However, once settled, everything moved smoothly. Overall, good value for luxury stone, but the initial quoting process could be a bit quicker for individual buyers.

Are Stone Boutique's polished marble surfaces hard to maintain? Or do they come pre-sealed and ready to go?

N Nick Whitfield 1 month ago
They do sell stone sealers, so I'd assume you'd need to seal it yourself or have your installer do it. All natural stone needs some care, polished especially. It's not like engineered quartz.

J Josh 1 month ago
Polished marble will always need maintenance, but they'll give you info on care. You'll probably want to get their specific sealers for it. They don't just come 'ready to go' without any future effort if you want it to last.

Does Stone Boutique offer installation services, or do I need to find my own contractor for a kitchen island slab?

S Steve Hughes 1 month ago
They don't do installation themselves, you'd need to get your own fabricator/installer. They focus on supplying the stone.

O Omar E. 1 month ago
Nah, they're just the supplier. You'll need to coordinate with a local installer. They might have recommendations though, worth asking during a consultation.

I'm an interior designer, is there a special discount code or something for trade professionals? Or do I just email them?

P Phil 1 month ago
They have a whole program for designers and trade professionals. No codes though, you usually apply for a professional account on their site or contact them directly. Then you get special pricing.

W Wendy P. 1 month ago
Forget promo codes, it's all about that trade discount. You gotta apply and get approved, then they'll give you different rates. It's usually 10-25% off, depending on what you're buying.

Hey, anyone know if Stone Boutique does delivery for like, just one slab of quartzite? Or do they only do huge projects? I'm in Miami.

T Troy Lindqvist 1 month ago
Yeah, they definitely ship nationwide. I got a couple of Carrara marble tiles from them last year, not a full slab, and it arrived fine. Not sure about Miami specifically but I think they cover most places.

I'm pretty sure they can handle single slabs. For big stuff they'd probably coordinate with a special freight carrier. Miami shouldn't be an issue, just ask for a quote to be sure.

What's their return policy like for natural stone tiles? What if the color isn't quite right when it arrives?

W Wendy 2 months ago
Natural stone can be tricky with returns because of variations. I'd definitely order samples first. I think their policy is probably similar to other places, often no returns on cut-to-size or special orders. Read the fine print.

S Sam 2 months ago
Returns for natural stone are usually pretty strict due to its unique nature. Best to inspect the slabs super carefully when they arrive, before you sign off on anything. Get samples beforehand!

Does Stone Boutique ever have sales or clearance events? I'm looking for a smaller piece for a bathroom vanity and don't need a whole slab.

S Sarah 1 month ago
They do have showroom floor sample sales and sometimes 'seasonal inventory clearance'. Also, check their 'luxury stone remnants' section, that's usually where you find smaller pieces at a better price.

M Mark H. 1 month ago
Yeah, remnants are your best bet for smaller projects. They also do year-end stuff for tax deductions I think, so maybe around then for bigger discounts.

Wondering about the Taj Mahal quartzite from Stone Boutique. Is it really 'luxury' compared to like, MSI? Is there a big difference in quality or just price?

K Kevin 2 months ago
From my experience, the quality is noticeable. I got some honed marble from them and it just felt different, more substantial than what I saw at Arizona Tile. Their sourcing is supposed to be really high-end.
4
C Carly M. 2 months ago
I think they focus on really premium stuff, so yeah, probably a step up from MSI. MSI is good for volume, but Stone Boutique is more about unique slabs and top-tier materials. Worth checking out their showroom if you're close enough.

i'm trying to decide between Stone Boutique and Artistic Tile for some large format porcelain slabs. Any thoughts on which one has better selection or service?

K Kate 2 months ago
Stone Boutique is really strong on natural stone, that's their bread and butter. Artistic Tile might have more options for porcelain, since they specialize in tiles. For service, both are high-end, so it probably comes down to who has the specific slab you want.

A Andre 2 months ago
If you're going for true luxury natural stone, Stone Boutique is probably the way to go. For porcelain, Artistic Tile or Walker Zanger might have a wider variety specifically in that category. Stone Boutique does carry porcelain though, so worth comparing.
